Connect your Cloudbeds property to Wenzy to serve guests, quote, create and modify reservations and record payments over WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, with live data from your PMS.

Wenzy is the AI receptionist that lives in your hotel's messaging channels. Connected to Cloudbeds, Wenzy replies with real property data —reservations, availability, rates and taxes—, manages guests, creates and modifies bookings and records payments directly in your PMS, 24/7.
The Wenzy ↔ Cloudbeds integration links your Cloudbeds account with Wenzy's AI assistant through the Cloudbeds API and official app button. Once authorized, Wenzy securely reads and updates your property information to handle inquiries, quote, manage guests, close bookings and record payments without manual work.

Sign in to Cloudbeds and approve the requested permissions. Only the permissions needed to operate are requested.
Back in Wenzy, if your account manages several properties you choose between a single property or a group account, and the connection goes live right away.
Looks up bookings, dates and stay status, and creates or modifies reservations (including notes) directly in Cloudbeds.
Identifies the guest and creates or updates their contact profile to personalize support and follow up on each reservation.
Checks inventory, availability, rate plans and taxes and fees to quote with real, current pricing.
Assigns rooms to the reservation based on your property's availability.
Records payments and payment methods for the reservation in Cloudbeds, closing the sale with no manual steps.
Through Cloudbeds webhooks, Wenzy keeps reservation data up to date automatically.

The connection uses Cloudbeds' official authorization and app button, and data is transmitted encrypted. Access credentials are stored encrypted. Wenzy uses the information —including reservation, guest and payment data— solely to provide the support and booking service, and never sells or shares it with third parties for marketing. You can revoke access at any time from Integrations in your Wenzy dashboard, or from the apps section of your Cloudbeds account. On disconnect, Wenzy immediately stops accessing your property data.
You need a Cloudbeds account with API access. If you're unsure about your plan, reach out and we'll verify it with you.
Yes. During the connection you choose between a single property or a group account, depending on how your Cloudbeds account is organized.
Wenzy creates or modifies bookings and records payments only within the guest conversation and according to the rules you configure. You can revoke access anytime.
You can disconnect the integration and request data deletion from our Data Deletion page.
