3. AI, conversations, and data ownership

Content processed by our AI agents is used to deliver the services contracted by the customer. We do not use hotel and guest conversations to train public third-party models. Unless required by law, operational context and business data remain under the customer's control.

4. Security and retention

We apply reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit, access controls, and operational monitoring. We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve incidents, or respond to support requests.
