Data deletion request

This is the public URL where any user can request deletion of data controlled by Wenzy and associated with Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Facebook Login, Meta, or another connected integration.

If you authorized Wenzy to access data through Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Facebook Login, Meta, or another integration, this page explains how to revoke access and ask us to delete or anonymize information stored in our systems. You do not need to log in to use this process.

Scope

What this request covers

This request applies to data Wenzy received or stored through authorized integrations, including OAuth tokens, account, calendar, or event identifiers, synchronization state, meeting data, Google Meet links, profile or contact information, and derived data required to operate the platform.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt once we can validate the request.
  • We perform deletion or anonymization within a reasonable timeframe based on scope and applicable legal requirements.
  • If some information must be retained for legal, contractual, or security reasons, we isolate it and limit its use.

How to request deletion

1. Revoke or disconnect the integration

Disconnect the integration from Wenzy when that option is available. For Google, you can also remove access under Linked applications in your Google Account; for Meta, use Settings & privacy > Apps and Websites.

2. Send us your request

Email info@wenzy.co and identify the account and integration associated with the data you want deleted.

3. We verify and process it

We will validate the request, locate the matching records, and proceed with deletion or anonymization in the relevant systems, except where retention is required.

Include this information in your request

  • Full name of the account holder.
  • Email address linked to your Wenzy account or connected Google or Meta account.
  • Hotel, company, or workspace name, if applicable.
  • Any identifier that can help us find you faster, such as the email used, an integration reference, or a screenshot of the linked account.

What we delete or unlink

  • Tokens, identifiers, and credentials obtained from Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Facebook Login, Meta, or another integration.
  • Calendar and event identifiers, synchronization state, meeting data, and Google links stored by Wenzy.
  • Profile or contact data received from an integration that remains stored in Wenzy.
  • Links between your Wenzy account and connected integrations.
  • Derived information that must be deleted or anonymized to close the relationship between that identity and our systems.

Limited retention

We may keep minimal records when required for legal, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. In those cases, we restrict access and avoid active operational use.

Frequently asked questions

Does disconnecting an integration automatically delete everything?

Disconnecting Google Calendar or removing a Meta connection stops future access and allows its credentials to be revoked, but it does not automatically delete operational records already stored by Wenzy. Use this process to request deletion or anonymization.

Do I need access to my account to make the request?

No. This page is public and you can contact us even if you can no longer log in, as long as you provide enough information to identify the account or integration.

Do Google or Meta also delete data kept on their own platforms?

No. This request covers data controlled by Wenzy. To manage information retained by Google or Meta in their own services, use each provider's privacy settings and channels.
