Scope
This request applies to data that Wenzy received or stored through Facebook Login or Meta, including authentication identifiers, tokens, or profile information shared to enable access or operation within the platform.
In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, find Wenzy, and remove the connection to stop any new data transfers.
Email info@wenzy.co and state that you want to delete data associated with Facebook Login or Meta.
We will validate the request, locate the matching records, and proceed with deletion or anonymization in the relevant systems, except where retention is required.
We may keep minimal records when required for legal, accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. In those cases, we restrict access and avoid active operational use.
Removing the connection in Facebook stops Wenzy from accessing your Meta data going forward, but it does not always immediately delete information already stored in our systems. For that, you must send us the deletion request.
