These terms govern access to and use of Wenzy by customers, authorized users, and operational teams. By using the platform, you accept these conditions and agree to use the service lawfully and for its intended purpose.
1. Use of the service
Wenzy provides software for conversational management, automation, and commercial support in hospitality. The customer is responsible for the information configured in the platform, the credentials assigned to its team, and the actions performed by its authorized users.
2. Accounts, access, and acceptable use
You must keep your credentials confidential and use the service in compliance with the law and these terms. You may not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, perform unauthorized scraping, or use Wenzy for fraudulent or abusive activities.
3. Plans, billing, and changes
Plans, usage limits, and commercial conditions are defined in the applicable proposal, order form, or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew according to the contracted term, and any change in pricing or scope will be communicated with reasonable notice.
4. Availability, integrations, and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but certain functions may depend on third parties, integrations, messaging channels, or customer systems. Wenzy is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by external providers, incorrect customer configuration, or outdated information entered by the hotel.
5. Intellectual property, termination, and governing law
The platform, its design, and its components are owned by Wenzy or its licensors. The customer retains ownership of its data. Wenzy may suspend or terminate access in cases of material breach, security risk, or non-payment, without limiting any other remedies available under the applicable agreement.
